A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Good questions.
Simple answers.
Everything you need to know
before your first tap.
What exactly is an xCard?+
xCard combines a physical NFC business card with a digital profile. Tap the card on a compatible smartphone, or scan its QR code, to open your profile and share your details.
Does the other person need an app?+
No special app is needed to view your profile. It opens in a web browser. Their device needs an internet connection to load the page.
Will it work with every phone?+
NFC tapping works with compatible, NFC-enabled smartphones; support and tap position vary by device. The QR code provides an alternative for phones with a camera and QR scanning support.
Can I change my details later?+
Yes. Your card points to your digital profile, so your contact information and links can be updated without replacing the physical card.
Does the card need charging?+
No. The NFC chip is powered by the phone during a tap, so the card does not need a battery or charging.
Can I get xCards for my team?+
Team branding is a great fit for xCard. Use the card preview to explore a style. Team availability, pricing, and ordering details will be added when the store launches.
